I’m an entrepreneur who has founded and exited a leading agency, worked with 250+ brands and is now the active CEO of a healthtech brand.

I know what it's like to build a business that depends on you, because I did it for years. From the outside, business looked great. But behind the scenes, I knew what I was building wasn't sustainable. Everything relied on me.

I realised that if I wanted to create something that could truly scale, give me back my time and become a business that could sell, I had to stop being the centre of it.

So when I launched my advertising agency, I built it to sell from day one. In just 3 years, it grew into one of Scotland's leading paid advertising agencies and was acquired in a seven-figure deal.

The Business Audit

Our first strategy session is a deep dive into the entire business, from your goals and strategy to the way your pipeline, systems, team and finances currently work.

By the end of the session, we will know where the biggest constraints sit and what needs to change first.

The 90-day plan

After the Business Audit, I’ll turn what we uncover into a focused 90-day plan, based around any low-hanging fruit and/or your biggest business constraints. During our next session, we’ll agree the small number of actions that will create the greatest impact, and you’ll leave with clear priorities and a practical plan, rather than another overwhelming list of things you could be doing.

Ongoing strategy calls

After those first two sessions, we continue to meet twice a month. Each call focuses on the biggest constraint, opportunity or decision currently in front of you. I’ll challenge your thinking, help you step out of the day-to-day and make sure the decisions we agree actually get made. There is no fixed curriculum. Sometimes we’ll be solving a growth problem. Sometimes it’ll be a difficult hire, a team issue, pricing, profitability, your own role or something you’ve been avoiding for six months. You get an experienced founder looking at the business with you, without the emotional attachment or day-to-day noise.

Direct access between calls

You’ll have WhatsApp access for quick questions and decisions, answered the same or next working day. This gives you a second set of eyes when something important comes up, helping you clear roadblocks, make decisions faster and maintain momentum between sessions.

Frameworks and systems

Do I need to want to sell my business?+

No. The same foundations that make a business sellable also make it more profitable, scalable and enjoyable to own. You may want to sell one day, or you may want to keep it and draw maximum profit from it. Both require a business that can operate without depending entirely on you.

Is this coaching?+

Not in the traditional sense. There is no course, curriculum or generic sequence of lessons. This is direct strategic support focused on the real constraints, opportunities and decisions inside your business.

Will you implement everything for me?+

No. I will help you diagnose the problems, decide what needs to change and create a clear plan. You and your team are responsible for implementing it.
