If you’re actually reading this, hey! ☺ Terms & conditions are one of those things we all need, but nobody reads, right? I’ve tried to write mine in a way that makes it simple to understand – because if you’re on this page, I guess that’s what you want – not some boring jargon. By signing up to the Academy, you agree to the following terms.   

Overview

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fat Pony Ltd. The term the “Site” refers to mrgavinbell.com . The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including: your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You agree that:

1. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.  

Availability, Errors And Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. We’re all human, huh? The information found on the site may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service. We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.  

Affiliate Disclosure

Throughout the membership, I recommend certain products that I believe will be of benefit to members. Sometimes when I make product recommendations, I earn a commission for any purchases you make with them. I only recommend products that I’ve tested and believe in and due to this, I always recommend without bias. In some cases, I am required to be an affiliate with the company in order to provide you with the members only discounts. We are also a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, meaning we earn affiliate commission by linking to products on Amazon.
