Developing your personal brand values is such a great exercise for any entrepreneur to do.

It’s helped us massively with how we create content, what we create content about and how we communicate as a company.

It wasn’t an easy task, that’s for sure!

Our brand values are:
RELATIONSHIPS – Everything in life is about relationships. Both with clients, colleagues and in our personal lives too. We want to continue building relationships in everything we do.

GROWTH – As a business, we need to be about growth. If you’re not growing, you’re dying. Eg, we want to grow our revenue and profit. But growth for us isn’t just about business growth, it’s about personal growth too.

FUN – I end all my videos with ‘Have fun, be happy’. We want to have fun in everything we do. Business doesn’t have to be boring. It can be fun ๐Ÿ™‚

Hands down, the best way to build your personal brand is by getting in front of a camera and creating video content.

When someone watches one of your videos, they can hear and see you, meaning they start to get a sense of who you are as a person.

If your message resonates with them and they like what they see, they’re going to go and watch more of your videos.

Soon, people will start saying things like “I feel like I already know you!”. When I first started creating video content, I wasn’t all in until I had people say this to me.

I knew if people felt like they already knew me, it would be much easier to sell to them.
